Room Let Only Service

This service includes the following:

• Advertising your property
• Conducting accompanied viewings(usually on a block viewing basis)
• Finding a tenant
• Completing reference checks on the tenant(s)
• Preparation of Tenancy Agreements
• Preparation of an Inventory
• Setting up Standing Orders for monthly rental payments
• Organising utility changeovers from landlord to tenant including meter readings
• Moving a tenant into the property

*(Charges for this service are usually a weeks rent per room let plus a £25.00 Set Up Fee per room. For multiple rooms of over 4 on separate tenancies only within the same household there is no Set Up Fee chargeable. NO VAT)
