Rent Collection Service at 5%

This comprehensive service includes the following:

• Advertising your property
• Conducting accompanied viewings
• Finding a tenant
• Completing reference checks on the tenant(s)
• Preparation of Tenancy Agreements
• Preparation of an Inventory
• Setting up Standing Orders for monthly rental payments
• Organising utility changeovers from landlord to tenant including meter readings
• Moving a tenant into the property
• Collection of rent on your behalf on a monthly basis
• Payment of rent into your account (minus our fees)
