• Advertising your property
• Conducting accompanied viewings
• Finding a tenant
• Completing reference checks on the tenant(s)
• Preparation of Tenancy Agreements
• Preparation of an Inventory
• Setting up Standing Orders for monthly rental payments
• Periodic property inspections
• Organising utility changeovers from landlord to tenant including meter readings
• Moving a tenant in and out of your property ("check in and check out")
• Maintenance of your property using our own contractors (including safety inspections and certificates where required)
• Rent collection
• Direct payment of rent into your account (minus our fees and/or any maintenance fees)
• Transferring the Tenant Bond directly to our nominated scheme
• Distribution of the bond at the end of the tenancy including dealing with any deposit disputes
